Erin Tucker

Erin Tucker grew up in Flagstaff, AZ and has had the opportunity to live in Southern California, Colorado, Texas, Virginia, and overseas in both Italy and England as a military spouse. Erin has been married for 32 years to her amazing husband Matt and has 2 sons, 2 daughters and two daughter-in-laws. She will soon be a grandparent to a baby girl! 

Erin has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from California State University at Fullerton, recently completed a Masters in Teaching from Northwest Nazarene University, and began teaching full time in 2021.  Erin has been an ice skating instructor for over 30 years and has coached students of all ages and abilities while directing various skating programs, camps and clinics.

Erin enjoys traveling, hiking, walking, coaching and spending time with family.  She is very excited to join the staff at Alturas Academy.  She enjoys children and is looking forward to a fantastic school year!
