Students New to Alturas International Academy for the 2017-2018 school year will need to print and complete the following documents and bring to the school:

  • New Student Registration Packet (must have received a seat via the lottery or notified from the school office)
  • Income Determination Form (one per family)
    • The Income Determination Form is a requirement from the State Department of Education for all families.  The information collected is used to determine funding for all school districts, regardless of lunch programs. Alturas does not offer a free or reduced lunch program at this time.
  • Copy of Birth Certificate
  • Copy of Immunization Records

 

2017-2018 School Registration 

Students Returning to Alturas International Academy for the 2017-2018 school year will need to complete the following documents:

 

Returning Student-Enrollment Form (Due by March 17)

 

Mid-Year Paperwork (Due by March 2)

  • Mid-Year Residency Survey Form
  • Income Determination Form (one per family)
