Joan Radford was born and raised in Idaho Falls and graduated from Hillcrest High School. She and her husband have 5 beautiful children and as a family they enjoy swimming, hiking, fishing, four-wheeling, going to the library, and of course eating ice cream.
Mrs. Radford graduated from Campbellsville University and became a Licensed Master of Social Work in 2018. She has a wide range of experience working with individuals across the lifespan, and with varying experiences including crisis, developmental disabilities, and severe and persistent mental illness.
Growing up, she wanted to be either a teacher or a counselor, so she is thrilled to have the best of both as our school counselor. Most of all, she is excited to collaborate with students, parents, and staff to ensure each student gains the knowledge, skills, and attitudes which are necessary for career, social/emotional, and academic success.
