Meet Aniko Snyder

Aniko Snyder is the Office Manager for Alturas International Academy.  Mrs. Snyder grew up in Montgomery, Alabama and during her college summers worked in Yellowstone National Park, where she met her husband.  After graduating with her Bachelor of Business Administration she moved to Oxford, Ohio for 11 years. She worked for several years in the Bursar’s Office at Miami University until her husband completed his studies.

Mrs. Snyder, her husband, and two daughters moved to Idaho Falls in 2007.  Idaho Falls has been a wonderful place to raise their family and they take advantage of Idaho’s great outdoors by hiking, camping, rock climbing, occasionally backpacking, cross-country skiing, eating ice cream and exploring the surrounding western states. 

Beginning in 2009, her daughters were in Mrs. Ball’s class for their 1st-3rd grade years.  This is when she learned about students’ being taught at their instructional level rather than grade level and watched her children grow and thrive in a multi-age classroom.  She supports this philosophy and style of education for her children and other children in the Idaho Falls area. She is proud to be one of many families to have helped shape Alturas International Academy to what it is today.
