Meet Brittany Bikman

Brittany Bikman was born in Dallas Texas and grew up in Highlands Ranch Colorado. Brittany
recently moved to Idaho to be closer to family. She has been married for almost 15 years to her
husband Andrew. Mrs. Bikman enjoys spending time with her family, gardening, reading, and
crafting, especially crocheting and scrapbooking. Mrs. Bikman loves Italian food and anything
with chocolate. She also has a golden retriever/ border collie mix dog named Chipper. Mrs.
Bikman received a bachelor's degree in Health Science/ Public Health from Brigham Young
University Idaho. She has spent her career working with young children in different capacities.
The last three years she worked for the Douglas County School District in Colorado as a severe
special needs paraprofessional. She is currently earning her teaching certification through the
American Board.
Mrs. Bikman has always loved teaching children. She finds the greatest joy when a child that
has been struggling gets their light bulb moment and sees the joy on their faces. She looks
forward to working at Alturas and getting to know her students and helping them reach their full
potential.
